Many new business owners mistakenly hire a general, low wage, office person to set up their first office. Depending on your individual needs as a business, organizing the computer and office filing systems can be a major problem if the owner can’t find what he/she needs, exactly when they need it.
Training Employees
We then train employees on the systems we now have in place so both the owner and employees are on the same page. When an employee has to be replaced, the owner is ON TOP OF IT at all times. The employed cannot walk out the door with the keys to the inner workings of the business. All passwords can be changed leaving the integrity of the company in tact.
Employees are wonderful assets to assist owners with the workload to achieve their final goals. But nothing is worse than a business owner being completely dependent on employees maintaining their business records and not having the knowledge to oversee what is being done, or to be sure if the information is entered properly or not.
